MTL manufacture a wide variety of structures for tier one suppliers to the offshore and renewable energy sector which include: boat landing systems, nacelle bed plates, working platforms and plate girders.
Customers recognise our commitment to supply offshore fabrications to the exacting standards required by the offshore and renewable energy sectors. MTL have European qualified welding engineers and supply parts to EEMUA 158, NORSOK M101 and ISO EN 3834-2 standards.
MTL have more than 30,000 sq m of manufacturing space, allowing handling of complex and large offshore fabrications. Facilities include laser, plasma, waterjet and profile cutting with up to 25m long x 5m x 50mm thick, including bevel cuts and weld preps.
